**2. Cancellation Window**
Participants may cancel their enrolment and request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

**3. Course Access Condition**
To be eligible for a refund, the participant must not have commenced, accessed, or started any portion of the Online Dentistry Course during the 14-day cancellation window. If the course has been accessed or started, regardless of the amount of content viewed, the participant will not be eligible for a refund.

**4. Cancellation Procedure**
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to info@artofdentistry.online. The cancellation request should clearly state the participant’s full name, date of purchase, and a reason for the cancellation.

**5. Refund Process**
Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, and after verification that the course has not been accessed, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued using the original payment method and might take up to 10 working days to reflect in the participant’s account.

Any exceptions to this cancellation policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by AOD Education Ltd. Participants with exceptional reasons for cancellation, even if the course has been accessed, should provide full details in their written request.
